First, fill in the family registration form, please. After this is done the information about the candidates whom we consider to meet your requirements will be sent to you by e-mail .
When you decide to invite a concrete au-pair, mediation treaty is cocluded.
Untill the treaty has been concluded, none of the canidates' personal data (phone numbers, adresses etc.) is granted to you. We ask you for your understanding.
After you are sure about the candidature:

An invitation for the au-pair

Agreement between family and an au-pair (required, because having a right to enter countries of the EU without a visa,
he/she still has to get permission to stay in the country at the term of three months after his/her arrival at the foreigners business department).
Before your au-pair is able to enter Germany you should worry about his/her insurance. And we can give you a help, so that both you and your au-pair could get the necessary defence. We collaborate with the Dr. Walter's insurance bureau and can work this out instead of you.
At last your au-pair can come!
Within the first week the following is to be done:
Au-pair has to be registered at the "Department on foreigners' business" (Auslaenderbehoerde) and "Labour office" (Arbeitsamt)
Registration at German language courses
Within the first week:
Visa has to be extended.
After the au-pair's contract terminates the following has to be done:
Her departure has to be registered.
