You’ll receive an au-pair certificate, which will help you to get discounts on all the cultural events and language courses
You will obtain a number with the help of which you would be able to contact us directly
We arrange meetings, seminars and excursions for our au-pairs
Here is the list of the NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:
Your biography and a photo
Legibly filled form with your photo
4 cute photos (and remember that when looking at these photos the family will make the first impression about you) (9 x 13)
Please, write a letter for the family, that will accept you and enclose it to your papers
Copy of your traveler’s passport
The certificate of health, sent to you (with a doctor’s signature and a stamp from your hospital)
Letters of recommendation (e.g. from employers, teachers etc.)
Letters of recommendation from families and organizations where you looked after children
A document that can be an evidence of your language skills (e.g. language course, school studies, private coach)
The letter must include the following questions:
About yourself (biographic information)
Your abilities in housework
Abilities in having a conversation with children
If you have ever been abroad
Your interests, hobbies
Your reasons for working as an au-pair
For the family and us to get some idea of your German- language skills, we ask you not to use anybody’s help while writing a letter (the message has to be printed on computer).
Please, enclose some personal photos with this letter (3 at the most).
We strongly request you to answer all questions truly and fully. If after your arrival the information you had provided turns out to be inconsistent with the truth, you’ll have to return back home.
